It’s been said that we use only 10 percent of our mind. Since I was curious about the other 90 percent, I decided to look inside my mind to see if I could find out what’s really there. I embarked on a journey of self-discovery; I read thousands of books, attended hundreds of classes and workshops, and spent a lot of time within my thoughts, feelings, dreams, and imagination. Somewhere along the way, I began exploring my experiences from the inside out.

The most important thing I learned is that we already know everything about our true spiritual nature; we’ve just forgotten how to remember and apply our inner knowing in our lives. The purpose of this book is to help you bring forth the knowledge already inside you, to help you empower yourself and open yourself up to your spiritual essence. It’s my way of sharing what I rediscovered and is a composite of the classes I’ve taught on positive mind power and psychic/spiritual awareness for the past twenty-five years.

Spirituality and Self-Empowerment offers you many ways to open up, explore, experience, and understand the natural power of your mind. This book can serve as a guide or a beginning point to help you build an avenue of awareness between your conscious and subconscious minds, between the everyday and the awesome.
